Homemade adapers for measurements

Component testing

Component testing

Thes I use for testing inductors, opto’s, voltage regulators (78xx, 79xx and LM317), SRC’s and some are just fixtures to hold a component.

Curvetracer and IC fixtures

Curvetracer and IC fixtures

Thes are used to test components on my curvetracer. The short cables have female header connectors and are ideal sockets for things like TO220 parts. The 2 big pcbs on the right are for the curevtracer. They have 5 banana plugs. The top one is for relais testing. The two left ones are for IC’s and relais.

You see a small fixture in the most left foam. That is a adapter for smd IC’s. Instead of soldering I made a small clamp out of pcb to press the IC to the board.
