Philips PW9517
This very nice piece of glass is a conductivity measuring cell. I hope someone can tell me more about this.
Update: It was used for inline conductivity testing. For instance the polution of water. The more polution, the better it conducts. This object found a nice place in the tube-collection from a good friend.
